Private Financing  All of our homes are owned by private investors. These investors have agreed to carry back financing at favorable terms for your purchase. Your payments will be at or below your current monthly rent payment based upon your credit score and past history.

Financing  Our primary goal is to get you into traditional financing either by FHA, VA or conventional. We will refer you to a Mortgage Broker or Banker that we have established relationships with and they will be able to help you with your specific financing needs.

Credit Counseling  we will work on fixing past credit issues at no charge to our buyers.

No Money Down  We have several programs geared to get you in the home loan with no money down. The qualification may be determined by your credit, ability to pay, rent history and several other factors.

Referral to a Mortgage Broker  In our difficult economic times it is very important for you to choose the right Mortgage Broker that can pre-qualify you. No matter which program you choose we will be able to refer you to an outside independent Mortgage Broker. The Mortgage Broker will find a program that fits your credit situation at this time.
